What are the initial payments required to confirm the accommodaiton agreement?

The admission fee is due upon concluding the accommodation agreement. 

Before your accommodation agreement starts, you have to transfer the deposit (3x net cold rent) and the 1st all-in price. You can find our bank details on the first page of your accommodation agreement and in your booking confirmation email. Payment by cash or credit card on the spot is not possible. The tenants are required to bear any bank fees and any difference in the exchange rate.

⚠️ Please Note: In case you made the booking less than 30 days before your contract starts, you must transfer all three payments (admission fee, deposit, and first all-in price) all together at once.  

💡 Tip: From the second month onwards, your monthly all-in price is always due on the 1st day of the respective month. We recommend making the payment always around 25th so we receive it on time, and you avoid paying late payment fees.
