What is included in my all-in price?

Your monthly all-in price includes cold rent, furniture rent, internet, utility costs, and service fee. The total amount depends on the apartment type, size, and individual features you have chosen, such as a balcony, view, floor level, or accessibility options. The monthly service fee covers a range of services such as on-site management, access to common areas, and security-related services. Together, these components make up your monthly all-in price. 

In addition, a one-time admission fee is charged for the move-in services provided before and during your arrival.

A mandatory move-out cleaning fee is charged upon your check-out. A security deposit is also required and will be refunded after your move-out, provided the apartment is returned in accordance with the accommodation agreement.
