Will I receive invoices for my payments?

At THE FIZZ, invoices are generally not issued for the monthly all-in price or deposit, as these payments are based on your accommodation agreement. Your payment obligations are defined in your accommodation agreement. The admission fee, the monthly all-in price, and the deposit must be paid in accordance with the contractual terms.

If you have a specific request regarding statements or proof of payment, you can contact Rental Accounting at any time.

In case your bank cannot accept the contract and needs an invoice to do the transfer due to restrictions, please contact us via our contact form.
