Can I pay in different currency then written in my accommodation agreement?

You can make the bank transfer in any currency you like; however, you need to calculate by yourself how much money you need to send us, as we don’t know what exchange rate the bank will use when exchanging the money into the currency written in your contract. Unfortunately, we aren’t able to provide you with the exact amount you need to send us in a different currency than stated in your accommodation agreement. 

⚠️Please note: You can find our bank details on the first page of your accommodation agreement and in your booking confirmation email. Please make sure to include your booking ID and full name when making the bank transfer so we can allocate your payment correctly. Payment by cash or credit card on the spot is not possible. The tenants are required to bear any bank fees and any difference in the exchange rate.

⚠️Please note: Some banks like (Banco Santander or Garanti BBVA) usually send the bank transfer through a 3rd party bank, which results in additional bank fees, which are charged on the sent amount. With large amounts sent in a different currency than the one assigned to you, we recommend adding 750CZK/30€ to the amount you convert into the different currency to avoid missing funds (without guarantee). An overpayment will be made for the next open payment.
