How do I pay my all-in price?

The first month's all-in price together with the deposit must be in our bank account no later than 30 days before your accommodation agreement starts.

From the second month onwards, your monthly all-in price is always due on the 1st day of the respective month. We recommend making the payment always around 25th so we receive it on time, and you avoid paying late payment fees. Payment by cash or credit card on the spot is not possible. The tenants are required to bear any bank fees and any difference in the exchange rate.

⚠️Please note: If the rent is paid too late, a reminder fee of 150 CZK/6 € will be charged. Constant late payments can also lead to a warning + fees and ultimately to termination without notice.

It is possible to set up Inkaso/direct debit for Czech crowns/CZK apartments and with a Czech bank account only. In this case, you will be automatically deducted from your bank account on the 1st of the month. Monthly all-in price for Euro apartments always need to be paid via bank transfer.
