What is the broadcasting fee? Do I have to pay it?

Households in Czechia pay a combined monthly public broadcasting fee of CZK 205. This is split into CZK 150 for television and CZK 55 for radio. By law, this fee applies to any household that owns or uses devices capable of receiving broadcasts, including traditional TVs, radios, smartphones, tablets, and internet-connected computers.
The fee is not included in your all-in price and should be paid by each tenant independently.
