What is Inkaso/direct debit?

Inkaso allows the service provider to request varying amounts for each billing cycle. You authorize us to automatically withdraw the exact due amount directly from your Czech bank account on a recurring basis.
Inkaso needs to be set up by us (for this you need to fill in the Inkaso form) and also in the banking app. 

This applies only if you have an accommodation agreement in Czech crown/CZK currency.

In order to set up the Inkaso/direct debit withdrawal, the following steps need to be taken:
1.    You need to set up Inkaso permission for our bank account with your bank – the process how to do it variate from bank to bank so you need to contact your bank regarding the process
2.    You need to fill in the INKASO FORM and send it back to us
3.    You need to make sure that always on the 1st of the month you have enough money in your bank account so the rent withdrawal can go smoothly
