What happens if I pay late?

From the second month onwards, your monthly all-in price is always due on the 1st day of the respective month. We recommend making the payment always around the 25th so we receive it on time, and you avoid paying late payment fees.

Consequences of late payments

Late Payment Fees: If your monthly all-in rent is not received on time, a reminder fee of 150 CZK/6 € will be automatically charged.

Written Warnings: Frequently missing your specific payment deadline disrupts operations and will lead to a formal written warning.

Termination Without Notice: Serious or continuous delays can jeopardize your stay. If you constantly pay late, or if your rent is overdue by more than one full month, the landlord reserves the right to issue an immediate termination of your accommodation agreement without notice.
